This five-acre property in Ganges Village is within walking distance to services, hospital, shopping and restaurants. People of all ages, including families, enjoy this stable, long-term housing owned and managed by IWAV.

How to Apply

Applying for housing is a three-step process:

First, apply for housing at Croftonbrook by visiting the BC Housing website.

Second, print the Housing Registry Application Form and mail it in or complete it online.

Third, lets us know once you have applied for housing and submitted your application form by emailing or calling us at croftonbrook@iwav.org or 250-537-2441.
