At Croftonbrook, IWAV provides affordable housing for people with low or moderate incomes. People of all ages, including families, enjoy this stable, long-term housing owned and managed by IWAV.

To apply for housing for any of the phases at Croftonbrook, please visit the BC Housing website and either print the Housing Registry Application Form and mail it in or complete it online.
