IWAV is pleased to announce that we have begun construction of the new housing at Croftonbrook. This will be a 34-unit apartment building that will provide housing for people who have a low to moderate income. The mix of suites (studio to 3 bedrooms) will allow for different options for individuals, couples and small families. It will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2022.
This project has been made possible through the generous support of our funders: CMHC, CRD, BC Housing, SSI Foundation, Victoria Foundation, Aqueduct Foundation and local donors.
