“Grow For It” Seeds at Transitions Thrift Store, Mar. 30th
Gardeners, did you know that IWAV now sells seeds?
Our “Grow For It” program produces seeds for sale to provide funding for food security projects for our residents in our second-stage housing. If you’re dreaming about a gardening project this year, be sure to check out our seeds at the Transition Thrift Store. (Next to Salt Spring Coffee in back parking lot.)
We have bean, lettuce, squash, tomato, calendula and pea seeds for sale. Come down to the store on Thursday, March 30th, between 1pm and 4pm, and receive a free package of snap peas for every four seed packages bought. All seeds are grown using organic practices and are hand-selected for quality. Please swipe to see some examples of what seeds we are offering!
